A RIGOROUS SCREENING PROCESS

 

After conducting an extensive marketing campaign to find you a new renter, our task is far from over. We want to provide you with a tenant who will take good care of the property, fit perfectly with your needs, and bring you the assurance that your property is in good hands.

 

Once we find a prospective tenant, we perform a 360-degree background check that includes a nationwide search of a criminal, eviction searches, a credit check, employment, income, and rental history. 

 

To verify the tenant’s identity, we check everything from social security to social media. Then we contact their previous employers and other references to verify employment, income, credit and past landlords. We look for tenants with an income of three times the rent to give you an added measure of security.

 

 

A FAST TURNAROUND TIME

 

From the time your previous tenant moves out to the day your new one moves in, our turnaround time of about three weeks, including repairs and refurbishments. We want to find you the best possible renter in the shortest time possible. You can find peace of mind knowing you won’t have to wait long for a new tenant.
