We don’t just make rent collection easier for you, we make it easier for your tenants. They can pay in just about any monetary form they choose: check, credit or debit, direct deposit, money order, mail, or in-person drop-off. We also give them the option to pay through our online tenant portal, via a credit or debit card or a bank transfer.
AN EASIER WAY FOR OWNERS
You have options, too. We can send you owner statements electronically or by mail, and you can receive your money through direct deposit within one or two days or a mailed check. We provide you with all the required documentation, including 1099s for tax season.
You can also trust us to take care of late fees, bills, and invoices. If your tenant’s rent is late, we charge them a 10 percent fee, which we then send to you. For invoices and bills, we pay the vendor ahead of time and deduct the amount from the rent we send you, so you can trust it’s all taken care of. We’ll keep you updated on every transaction.
