What are your hours of operation?Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm and by appointment on Saturday and Sunday.

What happens in the event of an emergency?A member of our staff can be reached ANY time 24 hours a day 7 days a week via our office number to ensure prompt responses for any emergency that may arise.

What type of properties to you handle?We are well versed in the many different property options therefore we are able to manage all residential properties including single family homes, duplex/triplexes, townhomes, condominiums, and apartment complexes as well as all commercial properties.

What are the length requirements for your rental agreements?Our typical rental agreement is for 12 months however, we also do short term and vacation rentals should you choose to do so. Please call us to enquire about special circumstances as such.

What if I have a maintenance request?All maintenance requests deemed a non-emergency should be done so in writing. You can choose to email, fax, mail, drop your request off at our office, or through the tenant’s portal, whichever is most convenient for you.

What do you charge for setting up the unit for the renters?Because we are a licensed and insured contracting company, we are able to offer a significant discounted rate that is 20% below the retail rate for all services from fixing the leaking faucet to complete remodeling of your property.

How is the accounting aspect of my rental property handled?You will have access to your personalized portal system which will allow you to view all aspects of accounting including rental income, commissions, and all invoices and expenses. Tenants will have the capability of paying through direct deposit and we are able to disperse owner funds this way as well.

What is the charge for your service?Our low fees ensure a prosperous and stress-free rental property. We charge a new lease fee equal to one month’s rent once a tenant is secured for your property and then 10% of the rents collected for the remainder of the lease.
